EPM: Elite Properties is the property management division of RE/MAX Elite Realty.

Qualifications:

• High school education/GE
• Basic knowledge and understanding of all power tools
• Broad construction/maintenance background
• Ability to positively interact with customers and/or co-workers
• Daily interactions with residents, co-workers, and supervisor
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in awkward positions
• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Experience in rental maintenance (Preferred)

Responsibilitites:

• 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday
• Repair and maintain rental properties
• Repair all work orders to customer satisfaction and to company quality standards within an appropriate time frame
• Handle general plumbing issues such as commodes, stop ups, faucet leaks, clean drains, replace or repair hot water heaters, thermostats, and heating elements
• Using the pre-lease checklist, go through vacant units
• General repairs (i.e. drywall) as needed
• Repair roof leaks and other water leaks
• Replace or repair electrical switches, outlets, GFI outlets, and circuit breakers
• General landscaping as needed
• Repair or replace appliances such as garbage disposals, dishwashers, stoves, and refrigerators
• Inspect AC units and make minor repairs
• Repair and install doors and windows
• Perform property inspections
• Snow removal from sidewalks as needed
• Other duties as needed or requested by supervisors
• Work outside in all weather conditions

Work Hours:

8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime as requested and approved by supervisor. Limited after hours on call as needed.

Job Summary

Repair and maintain rental properties and ensure that EPM: Elite Properties customers receive exceptional customer service. Repair all work orders to customer satisfaction and to company quality standards within an appropriate time frame.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:

• Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (i.e. water heaters).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in awkward positions.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work on ladders and ok with heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

Ability to Relocate:

• Lexington, KY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
